Ichiban Ramen was established in December 13, 2002 and his 1st outlet was on the 4th Floor arena in KLCC serving only basic menu such as ramen, fried rice and gyoza. Ichiban Ramen has expanded quickly and has opened more outlets in shopping malls to offer more choices of Japanese cuisines and ramen with different soup taste specially adjusted to local taste buds. We sourced from Japanese noodle specialist to custom made the noodles, udon and soba using high quality materials to maintain the quality taste.
