Mee Tarik (Lamian) is made by twisting, stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. The length and thickness of the strands depending on the number of times the dough is folded. They have a demonstration area to demonstrate the making of Lamian. Mee Hiris (Knife-cut noodles) is prepared by thinly cutting a block of dough directly into boiling water. The resulting noodles are ribbon-shaped, fairly thick, and chewy when cooked.
